Description: I flew recently with Delta from Heathrow London and had a very easy experience. The Delta Airlines LHR Terminal check-in desks were efficiently managed, and the staff were professional and attentive. I employed the self-service machine to speed things up, as well as assistance from a Delta representative when I required assistance with my luggage. Security proceeded quickly, and the wayfinding signage around Terminal 3 minimized stress. The terminal had spotless restrooms, multiple seating sections, and a nice balance of restaurants and shopping. Announcements for boarding were on time and orderly, and gate agents made group boarding a breeze. I loved the efficient feel of it all, even with a full aircraft. The peaceful environment created by Delta's ground staff truly made a difference. Even in the midst of a busy global hub like Heathrow, the staff stayed organized and attentive. I would strongly suggest Delta at LHR to anyone traveling to the U.S. The combination of efficient customer service and terminal flow makes this one of the better airline experiences in Europe.
